Guido Damiani, President and CEO of the Damiani Group, has officially and successfully inaugurated the 65th Damiani boutique in the world, in Moscow on Stoleshnikov Allée.
Stoleshnikov is the street where the best international luxury brands are sold; it’s an exclusive shopping area and a target for high level tourism but also a privileged meeting place for the Russian ‘upper class’. It’s the only luxury pedestrian street in Moscow and is the most upscale place in the city.
The design and furnishings are strictly Made in Italy. Large walls in burnished metal, warm lighting, tables and armchairs in golden tones all recall the colours of an Italian sunset.
Guido Damiani said:
“This new Damiani boutique in Stoleshnikov is an important step in our expansion strategy in the area. We’d been looking for the right location for some time and Stoleshnikov is the best street in the whole of Moscow. We are already present in various former Soviet republics; we have boutiques in Kiev and Odessa in Ukraine, Almaty and Astana in Kazakhstan, and Baku in Azerbaijan and we’ll soon opening in Kirgizstan. In addition, our jewelry is distributed throughout the area. Finding customers so aware of quality and tradition can only satisfy us.”
The same evening, His Excellency Antonio Zanardi Landi, the Italian Ambassador to Moscow, hosted Guido Damiani and selected guests at Villa Berg, the Embassy in Moscow, to celebrate the new Damiani boutique. Viktor Vekselberg, the Russian oligarch, one of the richest men in the world, attended the cocktail among other VIPs and members of the Government.
