Where future new Apple WatchTM models have a case size that is not compatible with the purchased cover, Damiani’s ‘UPDATE’ service offers customers who have activated free insurance within three months of purchase, the option to return the “DAMIANI” cover and purchase a new one that is compatible with the new Apple WatchTM model at exceptional conditions .
Upon returning the Damiani cover to the Boutique where it was purchased, the Maison will hold 50% of its original price as advance payment for the purchase of a new cover model, subject to the following conditions:
– The cover must be returned in good condition, with all its diamonds, with no evident signs of damage, deformation or alteration, and with no modifications made by the customer (e.g. incisions, knocks, etc.)
– The Update service is only valid against the purchase of a new cover of equal or greater value.
– Given the above, any form of monetary reimbursement is excluded.
CARING FOR YOUR COVER
Store the cover wrapped in a soft case or in its original box when it is not applied to your Apple WatchTM.
Clean with a soft damp cloth or with warm water and mild soap.
In the case of gold covers, a very malleable metal, or titanium covers, a particularly hard metal, please take special care when applying or removing the cover to prevent deformation, scratches or abrasions to the case of the Apple WatchTM due to rubbing. Damiani shall not be held liable for any such damage.
